We now schedule appointments using Calendly to process the requests.

You can still schedule standard on-site service appointments, but now you can also schedule remote support sessions as well.

Most importantly, you can now schedule a callback at a specific time, often same day!

Hopefully this will improbe the ability to talk to someone live without going back and forth with messages.
